The Seven 350 is our top-of-the-line kit for transforming the RGV250 and RS250 engines from 250cc to 350cc — and more than that, it brings modern technology, racing-grade components, and true reliability to bikes that were originally built with basic, outdated parts.

Designed for VJ21 and VJ22 engines, with no compromises.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE KIT?

Cylinder Kit

64 mm Ø cylinders with booster ports, no exhaust valve. Compatible with the original crankcase — tuning recommended.
Racing Piston by Meteor – 193 g
- 30 mm compression height
- Ø16 mm wrist pin
- Flat head with 4° squish band
- 2 Nippon Ring piston rings
- Available in sizes: 63.92 / 63.93 / 63.94 / 63.95
Modular head with copper gasket for adjustable height
Head cover with water fittings
Gaskets + O-rings
Exhaust manifold machined from solid, complete with flange to weld onto the original exhaust. (Alternatively, we provide an exhaust blueprint to build the ideal pipe)

CRANKSHAFT

54.4 mm stroke, balanced with Mallory metal / bronze / lightweight resins
110 mm connecting rods – Ø22 mm coupling pins
SKF ball bearings – C4 – polyamide cage – pre-fitted with locating pins
Central divider without labyrinth: central oil seal on dedicated support
Compatible with original crankcase with no modifications required
